Biography

Ricardo Amorim is one of the best known and respected economists in Brazil, and is considered, by Forbes Magazine, one of the 100 most influential personalities in the country. Author of the best-selling book "Depois da Tempestade", Amorim has over twenty years of distinguished career in the global financial market (in New York, Paris and São Paulo) and is the only Brazilian included among the best speakers in the world by Speaker's Corner.

As an entrepreneur, he is co-founder of Smartrips and AAA inovação. With an extensive career in print press, television and digital media, Amorim is a columnist for IstoÉ magazine; he has the seal of the largest Latin American influencer on LinkedIn and #1 top voice influencer on LinkedIn Brazil, since 2016.

He also authored the podcast "Economia Falada", elected one of the best of 2019, and the #1 entrepreneurship podcast on the Apple Podcast.
