A civil engineer with a master's degree in Structural Engineering from USP, with over 40 years of experience, he also holds an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). A current member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), he worked at Tishman Speyer as Managing Director and Head of Design and Construction; at Encol, he led the construction and technological development activities. In addition to his experience at Inpar Incorporação, he has built a total of more than 800 buildings under his guidance. Not to mention his academic experience: a visiting professor at POLI-USP, he has published two books and several articles. He is currently a Senior Partner at productivity consultancy TECNOENG and at Urbic_Inc, which specializes in industrialized multi-storey housing.
