An architect and urban planner with 23 years' experience in public policies for urban development.

He worked at São Paulo City Hall for 13 years where he was responsible for structuring Urban Intervention Projects, economic and financial studies of consortium urban operations, as well as participating in the drafting of the Strategic Master Plan (law 16.050/14).

In the private sector, he was a new business manager in the subdivisions and planned communities segment, and since 2018 he has been working as a consultant in the area of concessions and PPPs involving urban development and social housing. He is also currently a researcher and lecturer in postgraduate courses at UNINOVE and Mackenzie.
