Civil engineer from the Federal University of Goiás (UFG), 58 years old, president of the Brazilian Chamber of the Construction Industry (CBIC) for the 2023-2026 term. He has over 30 years' experience in the real estate sector. He was vice-president of CBIC's Central-West Region for two consecutive terms; vice-president and president of the Association of Real Estate Market Companies of Goiás (Ademi-GO) and president of Goiânia's Social and Sustainable Economic Development Council (Codese), when he implemented CBIC's "The Future of My City" program.

Architect and Urbanist from FAUUSP in 2003, post-graduate from FUPAM in Real Estate Development in 2008.Researcher and author of publications in the area of Landscape and Environment, he was a member of the ABAP board of directors in the 2018-2020 biennium, is director of ARCHSCAPE Arquitetura e Paisagem and current President of AsBEA-SP - Regional Association of Architecture Offices of São Paulo (2023/2025 term).

With a degree in Social Communication from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), with majors in Journalism and Advertising, he began working in the publishing area specializing in architecture in 1999.
The magazine PROJETO is the largest technical architectural publication in Brazil, a reference for all professionals and students in the field, and circulates both in special printed editions, the Yearbook of Works and on its new online platform, which provides a historical collection of contemporary and current architecture, with more than 10,000 works, projects, interviews, articles and news from the sector.
Directly responsible for the editorial direction of Arco's communication vehicles, Fernando is nationally recognized for his incisive work in disseminating the country's architectural culture, bringing together the main Brazilian professionals both in his vehicles and at events and awards in the sector. He is also the director in charge of the Opera Prima and URBAN21 competitions for young architects and students, as well as a content curator and consultant for various architectural events throughout Brazil.

Named by Forbes Under 30 Brazil in 2019, Amanda founded Architecture Hunter in 2013 while studying architecture. Today AH has more than 3 million followers, including big names in architecture such as Jean Nouvel, Marcio Kogan, Stefano Boeri, Toyo Ito, Snøhetta and even Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.
During college, Amanda was the first architectural intern in the history of the internationally renowned StudioMK27 office, led by Marcio Kogan. In 2018 Amanda was on the cover of the Italian magazine "Beesness", representing young women in the business world. Also in 2020, she was listed as number 1 among the top 125 architecture influencers in the world.
Today, she is and has been part of the jury for several international awards, such as the Architizer A+ Awards, the Loop Design Awards and the Re-thinking The Future Awards. She is also a brand ambassador for Morpholio (a North American network of apps for architects and designers) and Arkos Brasil.
