THE PENULTIMATE DAY OF EXPO REVESTIR: BUSINESS, RELATIONSHIPS AND LOTS OF CONTENT

With the participation of the main executives and representatives of Brazilian construction companies, the INTERNATIONAL ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION FORUM focused on studies that reveal a lot about the versatile Brazilian consumer and how to assertively present what he wants.
Antonio Carlos Kieling, superintendent of ANFACER and president of EXPO REVESTIR and of the FORUM; Rene Agostinho, CEO of Editora Pini; and Jorge Batlouni, vice-president of SIDUSCON-SP spoke at the opening of CONSTRUCTOR'S DAY.
Next, the audience was surprised by Antonio Carlos Kieling who paid tribute to the partners of the events, in this inspiring trajectory of 15 years. The honorees were Jorge Batlouni from Sinduscon/SP, Rene Agostinho from Pini and Daniel Vanpré from Rochas de Qualidade.
Four ceramic companies, the only participants in the fifteen editions of the EXPO REVESTIR trade fair as exhibitors, were also honoured: Portobello (represented by José Rodrigues Junior); Incefra (by Bianca Fragnani); Porto Ferreira (by Nilton Arnoni) and Portinari/Cecrisa (by José Zimmermann Júnior).
The lectures that were part of the program, revolved around important themes for the civil construction. The first panel, "Constructions in Brazil 2011-2016 - Projects Profile", was led by Cristina Della Penna, director of Neoway and followed by Panel 2, with the theme "Are we building what people want?", with Marcelo Dadian, director of Sua House / Viva Real.
Continuing the program, the debate "Are we building what people want?" took place, mediated by Julia Zaremba (Journalist of Caderno Morar Folha de SP), with the participation of Cristina Della Penna and Marcelo Dadian.
To finish the afternoon of knowledge, the theme "The architecture that sells real estate: Presentation of Success Cases from North to South of Brazil" and "Building Singular: Practical Results in Salvador (BA) and Lisbon (Portugal), was presented by Antônio Medrado (CEO of Dona Incorporadora). In Case 2, Turn Key Contracts of "Construction+Interiors": Case Geo Berrini and Jazz Pinheiros - Eudóxios Anastassiadis (CEO of Be Home and Director of Alfa Reality).
WORKSHOP ACCESSIBILITY - REVISION OF NORM NBR 9050 APPLIED TO THE BATHROOM, PROMOTED BY DECA AND ANFACER
The morning of the third day was marked by the Accessibility Workshop - Review of Standard NBR 9050 Applied to Bathrooms. Held in conjunction with Deca, the meeting offered panels mediated by Osvaldo Barbosa de Oliveira Jr, from Application Engineering at Deca, and was attended by experts.
Among the professionals invited were Silvana Cambiaghi, architect and president of the Permanent Commission for Accessibility of the Municipality of São Paulo; Renato Baena, doctor and Antonio Sergio Nunes Rosa, engineer from Cerâmica Portinari and Laura Paiva, representative of the Quality Department of ANFACER.
The debates were held with the objective of discussing the revision of the Brazilian standard applied to bathroom accessibility, products, procedures and conducts that fully meet the needs of the elderly and people with reduced mobility. Afterwards, the guests participated in a guided visit to the model bathrooms at the Deca stand, located at the fair.
EXPO REVESTIR 15 YEARS: DOORS TO THE FUTURE
Between visits from one stand to another, the public was surprised by the exhibition EXPO REVESTIR 15 ANOS: DOORS TO THE FUTURE. The action, organized by ANFACER, was sponsored by Pormade, created by Marton Estúdio and content by the French trends agency NellyRodi. The artistic intervention instigated many visitors of EXPO REVESTIR who were surprised by the experiences extracted from the research "Life and Style 2018-2019" conducted by the company NellyRodi, which show the trends for the future of 15 pillars of human behavior.
HIGH DESIGN EXPO: TALK WITH DESIGNERS AND TRENDS
Designer Sérgio Matos was the guest speaker at the 15th edition of EXPO REVESTIR, presenting his history of authorial and genuinely regional design. The meeting is part of the Espaço High Design programme, created to present the convergence between coverings and architecture and decoration projects, which also hosted designer Maurício Lamosa, from Estudiobola and Guto Indio da Costa. The agenda continues tomorrow, Friday, the last day of the fair, with architect Alexandre Brunato (12h); and professionals Adriana Helú, Carolina Oliveira, Marina Torre, from Triplex Arquitetura (14h); and the cycle of talks ends with Marcelo Carvalho from Grupo K1 / Idelli / Kapppesberg (17h).
COLOURED METALS: FROM SOBER TO VIBRANT TONES
The colored metals are also confirmed as a trend. Besides the shades of bronze, copper and gold, which complement the stainless steel finishes, the options that include colored silicone parts in the body of the piece collect admirers. The palette ranges from sober shades of black and gray to bolder options such as green, wine and yellow.
VISUAL MOVEMENT: RELIEFS WITH THREE-DIMENSIONAL EFFECTS
Highlighted in the new collections of most exhibitors at EXPO REVESTIR 2017, the coatings that bet on the three-dimensional effect is consolidated as one of the main trends for the year. Reliefs, shadow games caused by the unevenness between the top and bottom and geometric prints play with the eye and lead to a path that leads to welcoming.

THE INFLUENCES OF TRIPTYQUE IN THE MONOLITO CHAT
Monolito magazine welcomed architect Carol Bueno, partner of the French-Brazilian office Triptyque, for a conversation about the relationship between the internationally oriented office and the projects executed in Brazil. "Our discovery of Brazilian architecture happened after we graduated, when we settled in the country. Burle Marx and Athos Bulcão are great influences on our work", reveals Carol. The conversation was followed by an audience interested and attentive to the news.
GREEN TALKS: SPOTLIGHT ON ENERGY EFFICIENCY
On the second day of the Green Talks, the agenda revolved around energy efficiency. In the morning, participants discussed the certification of houses and condominiums. In the afternoon, the meeting continued with the debate on the use of solar control films and ended with strategies to reduce water consumption in hospitals and reverse logistics of sanitary ware.
LAST DAY WITH LOTS OF NEWS AND KNOWLEDGE
On the last day of EXPO REVESTIR, the attractions are still sensational. In addition to the booths with the main national and international companies, showing their launches and trends, the INTERNATIONAL ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION FORUM reserves great attractions such as the Unprecedented Meeting of Generations, which will bring together, for the first time, architecture offices to make a beautiful cut of the last four decades. The theme also celebrates the 40 years of the Projeto magazine and the 15 years of EXPO REVESTIR.
