Anfacer presents the Quality Seal for Porcelain Tiles at Ecomac Sul

An initiative of the entity, the Seal aims to bring more security to the consumer and strengthen the Porcelain tiles brand in the national and international market.

ANFACER presented the Porcelain Tile Quality Seal to the retail segment of Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul, at the 22nd edition of Ecomac Sul (Meeting of Construction Material Merchants). The event took place between 23 and 26 September at the Recanto Cataratas Resort & Convention, in Foz do Iguaçu, with the participation of 700 retailers from the region.

A recent initiative by ANFACER, the Porcelain Tile Certification Seal is part of the entity's strategy to guide the end users and differentiate the products that meet the requirements of the ABNT NBR 15463 standard.

In practice, the product that receives the Quality Seal is technically in accordance with the ABNT NBR 15.463 Standard (Porcelain tile Standard), which establishes the technical and ideal requirements, such as low water absorption; resistance to flexion, cracking, the appearance of stains, chemical attack, abrasion, as well as guaranteeing that the pieces are the correct and precise sizes.

This new instrument reinforces the sector's commitment to quality and the standards in force. And manufacturers, by opting for the Programme, will be able to use the brand in their marketing campaigns, ensuring yet another differential and drawing the consumer's attention to the quality of the product.
