EPS applications in Civil Construction is the subject of a webinar at AECweb

This Wednesday (27/04), at 16h, AECWeb promotes a webinar on the applications of EPS in different types of projeto and construction stages.

The versatility of EPS qualifies the material for use in various types of projeto and to solve technical challenges in different specialties of civil construction - geotechnical engineering, foundations, structures, sealing, facades, roofing and more.

In the webinar, the most innovative applications of this product will be known, presented by civil engineer Karen Peroni Maia, from Isorecort Group's technical team. The advantages offered by the material and cases in which it was applied in an exemplary manner will also be discussed.

About the speaker: Karen Peroni Maia is Civil Engineer and Master in Structural Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and Technical Building from the Federal Centre for Technological Education of Minas Gerais (CEFET-MG). She has worked in the development of projects of precast structures in reinforced and prestressed concrete, in the monitoring of works and as a professor of Civil, Mechanical and Production Engineering at Faculdade Pitágoras. She is currently a civil engineer for the Isorecort Group.
