Bringing together the main retail representatives
Bringing together the main representatives of retail, industry, service providers and authorities of the construction sector, Acomac Minas, organized by Anamaco, held on 20 and 21 June, the second edition of Ecomac Sudeste - Meeting of traders of construction material. The event, which had the support of ANFACER and EXPO REVESTIR, the main fair of solutions in finishings for civil construction in Latin America, took place in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais.
With themes that approached the future of small retailers and the perspectives of the sector in Brazil, the program began with the lecture "How to sell construction material to low income people", presented by Marcos Gabriel Atchabahian. Soon after, Ronaldo Sielichow approached the theme "Small shop in size, but that sells like big people", followed by the debate with the main leaders of the sector, mediated by Prof. Natal Destro, president of Acomac São Paulo. The day's programming ended with the panel "Reconstruction of companies and people", ministered by Ivan Maia.
On the second day, the program was opened with the lecture "Perspectives of the Construction Material Retail in Brazil", given by Renato Castro, director of Baumann Consultancy Network, who coordinated a study on the theme, carried out by SEBRAE MG together with the Acomac Minas Gerais shops. The panel also had the participation of Rui Fidelis de Campos Jr. and Wagner Ferreira Mattos, respectively president and vice-president of Acomac MG.
Following that, the program included a debate mediated by Prof. Natal Destro, director of Acomac São Paulo, with the participation of Prof. Joaquim Ramalho - Universidade Corporativa Anamaco; Manuel Corrêa - General Director of Telhanorte; Tiago Mendonça - Director of ABC da Construção and Hilton Saporski Filho - Director of Amanco. The lecture "How to recruit, train and retain talent in the construction material sector", given by Prof. Weber Niza, from Anamaco University and director of Leroy Merlin, ended the meeting's activities.
On the occasion, ANFACER, creator and organizer of EXPO REVESTIR, received a tribute for the contribution and partnership in the event, besides giving a gift to a participant with an exclusive personalized Montblanc pen.
