On the day dedicated to Architecture, FIER+ presents the largest private restoration and preservation of historical heritage in Brazil, projeto Cidade Matarazzo. The program also includes the Revitalization of Urban Spaces Panel (registration now open!).

Alexandre Allard
Alexandre Allard is the founder of Cidade Matarazzo, the largest private projeto restoration and preservation of historical heritage in Brazil. Matarazzo combines regeneration and sophistication in a space that brings together cultural, gastronomic, fashion, wellness and hospitality experiences. Allard is also co-founder of AYA Earth Partners, an ecosystem dedicated to accelerating the low-carbon economy.
Also gaining experience in technology and fashion, Allard has been awarded 43 times and was the first foreigner to receive the Entrepreneur of the Year 2022 award by the State of São Paulo in 137 years. He recently received the City of São Paulo Award (2024) for the second time.

Sergio Conde Caldas
(Architect)
Graduated from Santa Úrsula University in Rio de Janeiro. Architect and founding partner of SCCA and Opy Soluções Urbanas.
Winner of several architecture awards in Brazil, he is an advisor to IAB-RJ, was vice-president of ASBEA, and a member of COMPUR (Urban Policies Committee).
Sergio believes in dialoguing with the landscape and the city, valuing integration, comfort, beauty and functionality. In each projeto he seeks a full conception, in which creative aspects, linked to form and volume, are closely linked to the most appropriate construction methods. Its portfolio includes various partnerships with engineering companies, construction companies and national and international architectural firms.
Miguel Pinto Guimarães
(Architect)
He graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from UFRJ in 1997. He is a founding partner of MPG Arquitetura and Opy Soluções Urbanas.
He opened his first office at the age of 19. In 2001, he headed Bernardes Jacobsen Guimarães, which resulted from the merger of his office with the Bernardes brand. In 2003, he opened his own studio. In 2018, together with Sergio Conde Caldas and João Souza Machado, he created OPY, a unique company in the real estate market focused on finding disruptive solutions where architecture is the main pillar of the product.
His portfolio of more than 1,000 projects in Brazil and abroad includes projects of all kinds, such as homes, buildings, hotels, schools, museums, galleries, restaurants and urban projects, always guided by the vision of the individual, by the human scale.
Miguel now heads a team of more than fifty architects in constant search of the essence of good living, both individually and collectively.

Marcelo Ignatios
(Architect and Urban Planner)
He has 23 years of professional experience and extensive experience in public policies for urban development.
He worked at São Paulo City Hall for 13 years where he was responsible for structuring Urban Intervention Projects, economic and financial studies of consortium urban operations, as well as participating in the drafting of the Strategic Master Plan (law 16.050/14).
In the private sector, he was a new business manager in the subdivisions and planned communities segment, and since 2018 he has been working as a consultant in the area of concessions and PPPs involving urban development and social housing. He is also currently a researcher and lecturer in postgraduate courses at UNINOVE and Mackenzie.

JoséCarlos Martins
(President of the CBIC Council - Brazilian Chamber of the Construction Industry)
A construction entrepreneur and civil engineer for more than 30 years, José Carlos Rodrigues Martins was president of the Brazilian Chamber of the Construction Industry (CBIC) and senior vice-president of the Confederation of Contractors Associations (CICA). He is currently president of CBIC's Advisory Board, a member of the Economic, Social and Sustainable Council (CDESS), a member of the International Housing Association (IHA) and the Inter-American Construction Federation (FIIC).
In his career, Martins was president of the Association of Real Estate Market Company Managers of Paraná (Ademi-PR). He was president of the National Committee for the Technological Development of Housing (CTECH) of the Ministry of Cities. He participated directly in the formulation of various public policies such as the PAC, the Minha Casa Minha Vida Program and many others.
He is currently a consultant on Construction Strategies for Companies and Institutional Representations, as well as an Advisor to Companies linked to the sector.
Gustavo Garrido
(President AsBEA-SP)
Architect and Urban Planner from FAUUSP in 2003, post-graduate from FUPAM in Real Estate Development in 2008.Researcher and author of publications in the area of Landscape and Environment, he was a member of the ABAP board of directors in the 2018-2020 biennium, is director of ARCHSCAPE Arquitetura e Paisagem and current President of AsBEA-SP - Regional Association of Architecture Offices of São Paulo (2023/2025 term).
Fernando Mungioli
(Owner and Publisher of Arco Editorial, a publishing house specializing in architecture and responsible for the magazine PROJETO).
With a degree in Social Communication from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), with majors in Journalism and Advertising, he began working in the publishing area specializing in architecture in 1999.
The magazine PROJETO is the largest technical architectural publication in Brazil, a reference for all professionals and students in the field, and circulates both in special printed editions, the Yearbook of Works and on its new online platform, which provides a historical collection of contemporary and current architecture, with more than 10,000 works, projects, interviews, articles and news from the sector.
Directly responsible for the editorial direction of Arco's communication vehicles, Fernando is nationally recognized for his incisive work in disseminating the country's architectural culture, bringing together the main Brazilian professionals both in his vehicles and at events and awards in the sector. He is also the director in charge of the Opera Prima and URBAN21 competitions for young architects and students, as well as a content curator and consultant for various architectural events throughout Brazil.
Amanda Ferber
CEO & Founder Architecture Hunter
Named by Forbes Under 30 Brazil in 2019, Amanda founded Architecture Hunter in 2013 while studying architecture. Today AH has more than 3 million followers, including big names in architecture such as Jean Nouvel, Marcio Kogan, Stefano Boeri, Toyo Ito, Snøhetta and even Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.
During college, Amanda was the first architectural intern in the history of the internationally renowned StudioMK27 office, led by Marcio Kogan. She worked at ArchDaily in the editorial and commercial team. In 2018 Amanda was on the cover of the Italian magazine "Beesness", representing young women in the business world. Also in 2020, she was listed as number 1 among the top 125 architecture influencers in the world.
Today, she is and has been part of the jury for several international awards, such as the Architizer A+ Awards, the Loop Design Awards and the Re-thinking The Future Awards. She is also a brand ambassador for Morpholio (a North American network of apps for architects and designers) and Arkos Brasil.
