And it is precisely to confirm this commitment that Gruppo B&T is participating in Expo Revestir, scheduled for March 9-13 in São Paulo, which is the most important trade fair in the ceramic sector in South America and a point of reference for manufacturers and technology suppliers.
At stand D120A, the Group will present a space designed to showcase its brands with a made in Italy technological vision, highlighting its ability to offer integrated and complementary solutions for the entire ceramic production process.

The spotlight is therefore on SUPERA®, the innovative belt press technology without a mold, which combines the efficiency of a traditional press with the advantages of a solution characterized by extremely high flexibility. Thanks to SUPERA® technology, it is possible to vary shapes and thicknesses while maintaining extremely high productivity, the best in the Brazilian market, with a reduction in operating costs of up to 50% compared to traditional presses. In addition, the technology allows the use of any type of ceramic body and the creation of deep and highly defined structures, opening up new aesthetic and productive possibilities for the ceramic industry.

Among the leading technologies, Ancora's VORTEX stands out, the extreme performance polisher equipped with a PLANET head, capable of ensuring up to five times higher removal productivity compared to traditional solutions. The line can be complemented with the TITAN squaring machine, for an integrated solution that guarantees high performance and consistent quality of the finished product.
Still in the field of aesthetics and ceramic products, Projecta's digital printers come into play: DRYFIX, EFFECTA, and MULTIFIX, which are technologies for creating 3D structures and effects. IKON, PRO, BLAZE, and NEXT, on the other hand, are dedicated to high-definition graphic decorations, capable of enhancing any surface with unique results.

Much attention was also devoted to WIZARD®, the line of choice that stands out for its high precision, productivity, compact size, maximum accessibility, and operator safety. This technology recently reached a significant milestone with the launch of the first line in Brazil.
