In its 11th edition, the Architecture and Construction Fashion Week will present the latest trends for the luxury market. In addition to exclusive patterns and textures, noble materials and unique design, among the novelties, which will be exhibited from 5 to 8 March 2013, at the Transamerica Expo Center, in São Paulo, are: sinks in noble stones such as onyx and jasper, high standard coatings and quartz surfaces for bathrooms and kitchens, and material of volcanic origin, extracted from quarries in Italy.

SOLACE: ONIX AND JASPE Sinks (TEAK WOOD)

SOLACE debuts at the fair exhibiting Onyx and Jasper vases. Originating especially in Iran and Pakistan, Onyx sinks come from stone formed from limestone or dolomite sediments in contact with hot water. The heat from volcanic activity causes the dissolved minerals to precipitate to the surface, forming the stone. Its nuances vary between red, green and orange.

Jasper vats, on the other hand, are born from the stone that is a semi-crystalline variety of opaque quartz aggregate, finely granulated, of various colours and very varied aspects, irregularly stained or with layers, whose most common colour is red. Also called stone-manchada - Jasper in Greek is found especially in Germany, Egypt, India and Pakistan.

FAP CERAMICHE: HIGH STANDARD FINISHES FOR BATHROOMS AND KITCHENS

FAP CERAMICHE will bring to the fair its high standard bathroom, kitchen and general flooring collections for all areas of the house.
The highlights will be its latest models: Base, Nuance and Cielo. Base and Nuance are two collections of polished porcelain tiles for floors or walls, now available in the OUT version: a particular type of finish intended for terraces and external areas. Cielo is a series of polished porcelain tiles for walls, with white body and floor gradients, ideal for bathrooms, kitchens and living rooms, for both residential and commercial environments.

GB BASALTITE: THE ESTHETIC BEAUTY OF VULCANICSTONE

At EXPO REVESTIR, GB BAS ALTITE will present BASALTITE®, a material of volcanic origin extracted from quarries located in Bolsena, a city in central Italy. This silver-grey stone is hard and resistant to freezing, heat and salt spray, among other external factors. It also has natural anti-slip properties. The finish can be natural, levigated, resinated and levigated, polished, resinated and polished, honed, sandblasted, drummed and brushed. The material's sophistication is appreciated in high-end decorations, especially in the naval sector and prestigious spaces such as the Metropolitan Museum in New York and the renowned University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.

PKO LAUNCHES NEW PRODUCT IN QUARTZO PLUS TILE LINE

PKO do Brasil, present in the market for 15 years, presents its newest launch: the yellow quartz.
Alongside the options already offered, such as red, blue, brown, white, gray and black, yellow will compose the Quartz Plus line, which brings products with quartz particles, granite crushed with fragments of glass and mirrors.
The brand also brings the collections: Quartz Stone, composed of at least 94% of organic materials, mainly natural quartz and silica, product of sophisticated appearance, with texture and weight of the natural stone;
The Nanos Stones collection will also be presented, with advanced benefits of Nanotechnology applied to the traditional Crystal Stone, resulting in a product resistant to abrasion, with excellent durability and almost zero absorption of liquids.
Completing the line of stones, Artificial Marble Stone and Composite Marmo Stone. PKO will also bring to EXPO REVESTIR 2013 novelties in technological glasses, such as the PKO Lighting Glass, glass that has as a differential the possibility of containing micro LED lamps for lighting, and the PKO Privacy Glass, glass that allows adjusting the privacy of an environment through an innovative system of transparency adjustment.
