Projeto of SESC Dom Pedro II wins international prize

The architectural projeto of SESC Dom Pedro II, designed by UNA Arquitetos, was awarded the prize at the Santa Cruz International Biennale of Architecture 2022 (VII BASC), in Bolivia, earlier this month.

The renowned Latin American biennale highlighted the importance of projeto, currently under execution, for the requalification of downtown São Paulo, since the equipment is being built in the Brás neighbourhood.

The projeto provides a set of sports, cultural and educational activities open to people who live, work and frequent the region, besides attracting a large and diverse public through the programming offered by SESC.

The building relates directly to the city, without walls, without parking pockets and without mediations.
