Organized by the National Association of Ceramic Tile Manufacturers (Anfacer), the Brazil Workshop "Energies of the Future" takes place this Thursday (23), from 9am to 12pm, in the auditorium of the São Paulo Ceramics Association tile (Aspacer), with online transmission. ^{MISSION "ENERGY OF THE FUTURE" - 27/06 to 03/07}

The workshop promoted by the ceramic sector will introduce interested parties to the "Energy of the Future" Mission, also organised by Anfacer, which will discuss aspects related to sustainability, from 27 June to 3 July, in Spain and Germany.

The Business Mission will aim to assess energy alternatives, broaden knowledge and study successful cases that allow a path towards a low carbon economy.

The discussions will take into consideration the national scenario of energy dependence, the global market and climate change agreements and challenges, which imply the development of technologies for the decarbonisation of ceramic slab production.

The agenda includes visits to hydrogen centres, solar energy cases, visits to factories using grey hydrogen and meetings with specialists.

The Anfacer + Sustainable Initiative has the mission of transforming the Brazilian ceramic tile sector. It is a public commitment to put sustainability at the heart of the business strategy. Looking at the high energy dependence, the challenge of global agreements and the relevance of decarbonization, Anfacer is engaged in designing an energy transformation for the sector.
