The goal is to make it easier for retailers and consumers to identify products participating in the PSQ (Sectoral Quality Program).

During Expo Revestir 2026, Anfacer unveiled the Ceramic Tile Quality Seal for Retail, an initiative designed to make it easier for consumers to identify, in stores, products that meet the technical criteria of the Sectoral Quality Program for Ceramic and Porcelain Tiles (PSQ).
The proposal is to make it easier for both retailers and consumers to identify, at the point of sale, the ceramic tiles that are part of the program and meet industry-monitored quality and performance standards.
Organized by Anfacer and with technical coordination provided by the Brazilian Ceramics Center, the PSQ conducts laboratory tests and audits to verify requirements such as strength, water absorption, and material performance.
The new certification aims to increase transparency in the market and recognize companies committed to technical standards, serving as a quality benchmark in the retail sector and reinforcing the importance of compliance throughout the construction supply chain.
