Docol unites sustainability and well-being at Expo Revestir 2025

Docol, a reference in design and innovation in the segment of metals, sanitary ware and stainless steel kitchen sinks, will be present at another edition of Expo Revestir, Latin America's largest coatings and finishes fair, which will be held from March 10 to 14 at the São Paulo Expo pavilion. For the 2025 edition of Revestir, the brand is reusing the sustainable structure of glued laminated timber (MLC) on its stand. The material was already used in the 2023 edition, which earned the brand the iF Design 2024 award, and in the 2024 edition, whose space is a finalist for the 2025 award. In its new guise, the stand has a completely rethought ambience, which focuses on the leading role played by water in people's routines.

During the event, visitors will be able to check out trends, concepts, launches with a focus on well-being, as well as new products from the Mekal brand and the classic Projeto Domos portfolio, which is in the process of being expanded with the addition of a new name to this select group.

Sustainability is in the brand's DNA

In this edition, Docol is expanding its stand to 1,300m², divided into three connected spaces. The brand is also presenting solutions aimed at well-being and practicality, which combine design and innovation, reaffirming its leading role in the market. Designed by BLOCO Arquitetos, the stand reuses, for the third time, the recyclable glued laminated wood (MLC) structure, as well as translucent tiles and light effects that symbolize the movement of water.

"Our aim is for Docol to be represented in its entirety over five days, not just showing what it produces, the product itself, but how it imagines the use of water in a responsible way," says Daniel Mangabeira, a partner at BLOCO Arquitetos.

The lighting was designed by Carlos Fortes, in line with current sustainability standards. The landscaping was designed by Renata Tili and Vera Oliveira, while the visual identity was designed by the BijaRi studio.

A spoiler from the Tech Kitchen space

One of the highlights will be the Tech Kitchen, which features DocolVitalis Ozone, DocVox and DocolPronto technologies, as well as launches in line with contemporary trends, promoting well-being and innovative solutions.

Awarded the iF Design Award 2024, DocolVitalis Ozone offers three water options: purified for consumption, ordinary and ozonized - which eliminates up to 99% of bacteria in 30 seconds, reduces pesticides in food by up to 75% and neutralizes odors.

The Doc Vox single lever valve is the first single lever valve with voice activation created in Brazil, combining convenience, technology and advanced design. The product, which received the Good Design 2024 award, allows remote activation of the water flow and even the supply of specific quantities by means of predefined commands.

In addition to conventional mains water (cold, hot or mixed), the DocolPronto single lever valve offers three types of purified water: iced, iced with gas and super hot, with the guarantee of the Vitalis Purifier, a system that eliminates bacteria, guarantees a 75% reduction in chlorine and is more efficient at retaining particles.

Modern bathrooms

Keeping up with market trends, Docol is presenting onyx-finished vitreous china, which highlights the matte texture and satin touch of the products. Among the options are rectangular and round washbasins and conventional basins and basins with a coupled box from the Liss and Vougan lines.

Docol SmartCare bowls combine comfort, hygiene and technology in a single product, integrating a bowl and bidet. With a heated seat, motion sensor for automatic opening and gentle cleaning with warm water and drying with hot air, they guarantee greater well-being. They have an odor neutralizer and efficient disinfection.

The system also allows you to memorize preferences, has an internal night light and is operated by remote control.

Mekal and functional worktop solutions

Mekal is betting on a functional worktop for Expo Revestir 2025. The recently launched DoubleStation offers versatility with two heights to optimize the use of accessories, a differential in the domestic market. In addition, it offers a wider range of possibilities with six compatible accessories and suitability for countertop projects. Its Hairline brush, an exclusive feature of the brand, is made by hand and can be recovered. Its anti condensation system prevents the passage of moisture into the cabinet and has a better aesthetic appearance.
