FIER+ Retail & Innovation: second day of the forum discussed the future of retail

Focused on trends, perspectives and insights into the future of retail, on Wednesday Fier+ promoted the panel "The New Era of Retail: Global forces that will impact the sector and the future of business", led by Daniela Dantas, vice-president of WGSN Latin America. Daniela reflected on the new "dwelling" and how stores can prepare for consumer demands. The use of technology was also on the agenda.
