Greenplac MDF has just won two international awards - the DNA Paris Design Awards 2024 - one of the world's leading design and architecture awards, for its graphic visual communication and its projeto stand at Expo Revestir 2024, a trade fair held in March in São Paulo. The merchandising material won in the Graphics/Packaging category and the stand won in the Interior Design category, both judged to be elegant and classic, conceived with a timeless design following the evaluation of 24 renowned professionals from various countries.

The awards ceremony will be held at the Niemeyer Space in Paris on October 25, at a private, invitation-only event. The award is the brainchild of the Farmani Group, which is responsible for the world's leading architecture and design awards, such as the International Design Awards (IDA), Architecture MasterPrize (AMP), European Product Design Awards (EPDA), Prix de la Photographie in Paris (PX3), London International Creative Awards (LICC), International Photography Awards (IPA) and the Annual Lucie Awards for Photography, which has emerged as one of the most prestigious photography awards in the world. Another group part of the awards organization is In Between, a collective of thinkers and creators based in Paris with a focus on innovation from a multidisciplinary vision.

"I really appreciate everyone who took part and especially every stage of the process that led us to this very gratifying result. Ittook us almost a year to go through the research phase, analyzing everything from the future of consumption to trends in furniture design," says Marketing Manager Laís Carelo.

Laís recallsthe stages and points out that "we fine-tuned the brief and the creative concept internally and confirmed our objectives with our clients, suppliers and business partners such as Estudio Brunato, FVG Stands, Metalette Design, 7etti agência, gráfica Mais Typeand, finally, with the architecture and design public. Our whole team is very happy," he says.

Sandra Somacal, National Sales Manager, says : "We have a close-knit team that is concerned with serving our customers well. When we develop our projects, we are always looking to innovate and present our products in a unique and differentiated way so that the customer feels special, and this is Greenplac's DNA. I believe that this is why the recognition comes to reinforce our commitment and dedication to the furniture industry."

Architect Alexandre Brunato, responsible for the stand's projeto , emphasizes the differentials of the work. "Thefocal point of all the creative stages was the interaction of people within the space. Every step, every glance was imagined in such a way as to generate feelings, above all a wave of contemplation that architecture and design allow us to have and experience," he says. "It's an award that makes us very happy, a great recognition of our teamwork, both from the people in our team and from our partners."

The DNA Paris Design Awards Trophy was designed by Studio Briand Berthereau with the aim of creating a true work of art with simple, strong lines. The entire piece was manufactured in France from a block of low carbon aluminum - Hydro Reduxa - and shaped by extrusion.

"Every detail of the visual communication of our materials and also of our stand has been carefully designed. We're very happy to have won yet another international design award, a recognition that motivates us to keep striving for even more for the company," concludes Laís, Greenplac's Marketing Manager.

The winning projects

In line with the future of consumption and the main trends in the furniture sector, Greenplac has highlighted its 2024 concept for both projects: Timelessness. "Design for all spaces, for all times. Design that lasts". In one of the inspiration themes for the year's creative concept, "resisting time", Greenplac invites everyone to a moment of reflection on what it means to be timeless, from the point of view of architects, designers, artists, history professors and cabinetmakers. Also within the theme, the brand highlights "more conscious choices", in defense of the fact that quality is above quantity.

Industry - 6 years driving the state of Mato Grosso do Sul forward

Since its opening in 2018, Greenplac MDF has established itself among the main players in the segment. In 5 years of operation, it has won important recognition for its products, which have already been awarded nationally and internationally - for example, the Essenziale line, with an award-winning plate at Interzum, Germany's largest trade fair, as well as other high-profile seals such as the POPAI Award, IF Design - Oscar of Design and ADC Award - International Community of Architecture and Design.

After having a strong presence at the biggest design and architecture fairs in the country, Greenplac was also recognized for its pioneering spirit with the Gran Colar do Mérito Industrial award from the Federation of Industries of Mato Grosso do Sul. The achievement recognized all the economic and social development that the company has brought to the city of Água Clara (MS) and the region. Since the start of operations, it has more than doubled the number of direct and indirect jobs in the region, by valuing and prioritizing local hires.

Today, Greenplac has a modern industrial plant, with high-tech equipment and a trained workforce, enabling excellent production performance. Guided by ethics and commitment, Greenplac values and encourages integrity and transparency in all relationships with its network of partners, customers and professionals who use its raw materials.
