The third day of Fier+, focused on architecture, brought an exclusive selection of inspiring cases

Dedicated to architecture, the third day of Fier+ exclusively presented the case of Cidade Matarazzo. Alexandre Allard, its founder, shared the details of the idealization and execution of the largest private projeto restoration with preservation of historical heritage in Brazil. Allard stressed that innovation is essential to evolve and reconnect human beings with what created them, nature.
Then, the redevelopment of Jardim de Alah, in the city of Rio de Janeiro, took center stage through the architects responsible for projeto Miguel Pinto Guimarães and Sergio Conde Caldas. Miguel highlighted the need for this alignment between the public and private sectors and for society to understand this need.
Marcelo Ignatio, an architect and urban planner, spoke about public policies for urban development, presenting cases of regeneration in the cities of Rio de Janeiro and Recife.
The program continued with the panel "Revitalization of Urban Spaces", with the participation of the speakers and guests Renato de Sousa Correa, president of CBIC and Gustavo Garrido, president of AsBEA-SP, as well as mediators Fernando Mungioli, head of Revista Projeto and Amanda Ferber, CEO and Founder of Architecture Hunter.
