Placas do Brasil announces unprecedented participation in Expo Revestir 2025

Placas do Brasil, a brand from Espírito Santo that is recognized for its innovation in MDF panels, will be making its debut at Expo Revestir 2025, the largest finishes and coverings event in Latin America. Its participation represents a significant milestone in the company's trajectory, which will present several new products to the market, including the exclusive Vozes Collection, as well as more than fifty coverings in its range and an expansion of its portfolio of water-resistant products.

In a stand of almost 200m², designed by the architecture and interiors office Sérgio Palmeira Studio, the brand will bring its entire portfolio to the exhibition, exploring the countless applications of MDF and the wide range of patterns available. The environment, characterized by organic shapes, will feature the beauty of curved MDF on its façade, furniture and walls.

Among the highlights of Placas do Brasil's first participation in the exhibition are the Instagrammable space with the famous Maraã armchair by designer Sergio Matos, the delivery of catalogs upon registration on the website and the 360º Simulator, which will take the public on an interactive tour of the brand's industry, showing all the stages of its production process - from raw materials to final delivery.

Vozes Collection: the Amazon as a source of inspiration

The Vozes Collection is a tribute to the rich biodiversity of the Amazon rainforest, where nature and art meet. Inspired by the voices that echo from the forest, the earth, the air and the rivers, the collection seeks to bring the soul of the forest into Brazilian homes. Over two years of research and development went into creating the 14 exclusive patterns that make up the collection, translating natural elements into unique shapes and textures.

Technology and precision in every detail

The creative process for the Vozes Collection went beyond inspiration, involving the scanning of native Brazilian materials to ensure the faithful reproduction of minute details. This combination of technology and creativity resulted in patterns that unite beauty, comfort and functionality, bringing out nature in its most authentic form.

Among the highlights are:

- Rio Negro and Amazonas: exclusive patterns inspired by the skin of the Amazon giant, the Pirarucu fish, in dark and light tones respectively. Thanks to high-tech scanning and printing, the textures create an incredibly realistic optical illusion, setting a new standard of excellence in the MDF panel market.

-Peroba do Brasil: finish that faithfully reproduces the texture and veins of the wood.
