Servitech technological innovations at Expo Revestir 2026

Servitech its presence at another edition of Expo Revestir, consolidating its prominent position in the industrial sector. Recognized for its innovation and expertise acquired over 35 years of experience, the company will present new products aimed at increasing the efficiency and quality of production processes.

This year, Servitech two major developments in partnership with Ricoth:

1. 4-Piston High Pressure Pump: developed for airless applications with greater pressure and flow capacity, it is ideal for more sprayed enamels or higher volume lines. With low rotation, the equipment offers more stability, greater component durability, and a much more homogeneous application. This feature reduces mechanical wear, decreases maintenance downtime, and increases the equipment's service life.

2. Back Print Engobe Applicator: developed to solve a recurring challenge in production lines—the uniform application of engobe on pieces with variations in flatness. The system consists of a flexible roller and a controlled air chamber, which automatically adjust to the irregularities of the piece, ensuring a homogeneous and flawless layer, even on warped pieces.

During comparative tests, the Back Print Engobe Coater showed a 55% to 60% reduction in engobe consumption without compromising application quality. This savings can represent a return on investment in up to 60 days, depending on the cost of the engobe and the factory's daily production.

In addition to these innovations, Servitech other solutions that are already part of its portfolio and that serve different stages of the industrial production process during the fair.
