Servitech presents innovative solutions at Expo Revestir 2024

In yet another appearance at Expo Revestir, Servitech is bringing its 33 years of know-how through equipment and systems that promote intelligent, high-performance processes for the ceramics industry. It relies on international partnerships to offer the best end-to-end solutions for the production process.

Servitech offers strapping and wrapping systems that guarantee protection and stability for palletized loads to prevent shifting and losses. Its stand will feature a strapping machine for demonstrations during the fair. Among the highlights for the end of the line is the Stretch Hood, which reduces material and energy consumption and increases packaging speed.

Another highlight at the stand will be the demonstration of the mercury-free Automatic Control Densimeter, which works with the gas law and determines the apparent density of specimens with the same precision and speed as the mercury principle, with virtually maintenance-free technology.

Its broad portfolio includes blowing systems for various stages of the ceramic production process and it will be demonstrating some of this equipment at the fair.

It will also present its fully customizable Industry 4.0 management system adapted to the Brazilian monitoring model, the differentials of its equipment for large-format glazing lines, its sieves with optimum vibration and high efficiency, and its extensive portfolio of spare parts.
