GUSTAVO GARRIDO
Managing partner ARCHSCAPE and president AsBEA-SP
Architect and Urbanist from FAUUSP in 2003, post-graduate from FUPAM in Real Estate Development in 2008. Researcher and author of publications in the area of Landscape and Environment, he was a member of the ABAP board of directors in the 2018-2020 biennium, partner-director of ARCHSCAPE Arquitetura e Paisagem and current president of AsBEA-SP-Regional Association of Architecture Offices of São Paulo (management 2023/2025).

CAMILA POIO BRESSAN
CEO
Camila Poio Bressan, an architect and urban planner from the Centro Universitario Belas Artes (CUBA-SP), with postgraduate degrees in "Urban Land Management" and "Housing, Habitats and Cities", both from the Universidad de Palermo in Argentina (UP-BA), a master's degree in "Smart Cities" and a specialization in "Development and Approval of Urban Land Development Projects", respectively, from the Universidade Belas Artes and the Universidade Secovi.
CEO of urban.P, he has over 10 years' experience in urban planning, architecture and landscaping. He first worked for the São Paulo City Hall, then went on to a career in urban planning and architecture offices such as Habitat and Terra Urbanismo, as well as working on the development of major projects at Damha Urbanizadora and companies in the land development sector. His work at the firm is essentially linked to the development of all projects and intelligent and sustainable technical solutions, as he leads internal and external teams in the areas of urbanism, architecture, landscaping, design and marketing, to create disruptive products and projects in different areas.

MARIA JO STECK
Managing Partner
Maria Jocelei Steck, a partner at STK Steck AU, Vice-President of AsBEA-SP and a CAU-SP advisor, works in an interdisciplinary way on different scales, with a focus on innovation and responsible development. With awards and publications, she has presented projects at the UIA 2021 and the UN Urban Circuit HABiTAT 2020.
