Carolina Nobre, graduated in Architecture and Urbanism -FAU USP Postgraduate in Business Management -SENACÉ operations manager at FGMF arquitetos. She has worked in various offices, developing projects and in management.

She has a postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and an executive secretary degree from Nove de Julho University. She has worked in the HR and ADM areas for 11 years at the FGMF architecture office.

She is president of the Aproxima Association and co-creator of the Aproxima Internship Program | Diversity and Ethnic Racial Inclusion in Architecture.

RENATA BALLONE

Renata Ballone is an architect and urban planner, driven by the belief that architecture is a tool for social impact. Her work is guided by respect, culture, diversity and art, always with a commitment to making everyday urban life more inclusive and accessible for all.
She is currently the coordinator of the Professional Practice Commission (CEP-CAU/SP) for the 2024/2026 term and was a CAU/SP member for the 2021/2023 term. She is also a founding member and social investor in the Haja Fund, a non-profit association dedicated to preserving historical heritage and promoting social housing in the center of Campinas.
Through the purchase, recovery, restoration and listing of buildings of historical value, Renata works to revitalize central areas of the city and provide decent housing for people on low incomes. Her commitment lies in the intersection between heritage recovery, urban requalification and the right to the city, promoting citizenship and access to housing for all.
